Kieran Jones and Steven Khov, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland on 26 March 2026 at 10.55am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
The liquidators fix 26 April 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
