Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant and Paul Vlasic, Certified Practising Accountant, and both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by special shareholders’ resolutions on the dates and times below:
BEACH SIDE LIVING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.15pm.
DUVAL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.00am.
452 PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.05am.
We fix 15 May 2026, as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Note: The companies are solvent and are being liquidated as they have completed the purpose for which they were incorporated.
