Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on 24 March 2026 at 12.30pm by special resolution of the company’s shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).
We fix 1 May 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
