Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Company Numbers: 483836 and 1122690

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on 20 March 2026 and 23 March 2026 at 5.00pm and 1.00pm respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). These are solvent liquidations.

The directors had previously passed resolutions declaring that on appointment of a liquidator, the companies would be able to pay its debts.

Notice to Creditors

I fix date 25 April 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
