Notice of Appointment of Administrators

The Companies Act 1993 and Limited Partnerships Act 2008

The above entities were placed into voluntary administration with affect from 9.10am on 20 February 2026 by written resolution of Go Bloodstock Horse Trust, a secured creditor of the entities of even date. Gareth Russel Hoole, Raymond Paul Cox and Chiragkumar Bhailalbhai Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and chartered accountants were appointed administrators pursuant to section 239K of the Companies Act 1993 and section 100 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.

Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The administrators advise that the first joint meeting of creditors will be held at Level 2, 5–7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland, on 4 March 2026 at 10.00am.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
