Notice of Appointment of Administrators

The above companies were placed into voluntary administration with affect from 6.00pm on 18 June 2026 by written resolution of the board of each company of even date. Raymond Paul Cox (Registration IP94) and Gareth Russel Hoole (Registration IP26), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed administrators pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The administrators advise that the first meeting of creditors will be held at on Monday, 29 June at 10.00am at the offices of Ecovis KGA Ltd, L2 5–7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland. Attendance will be via a virtual meeting link to be emailed to all known creditors.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
