Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Notice is given that at the first creditors meeting held on 8 June 2026 creditors resolved that Boris van Delden and Keaton Pronk be removed as administrators, pursuant to section 239R(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, John Howard Ross Fisk (IP18) and Lara Maree Bennett (IP63), be appointed as replacement administrators of the company pursuant to section 239R(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
