Notice is hereby given that the above-named company was placed into administration pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, with Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, appointed as administrators. The administration commenced on 2 June 2026 at 4.00pm.

Notice of Concurrent First Creditors Meeting

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Waterstone Insolvency Limited, 16 Piermark Drive, Rosedale, Auckland on Monday, 15 June 2026 at 1.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members for the company; and
2. decide whether there is any need to replace the administrators of the company.
