Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company was placed into administration by the company on 26 May 2026, Boris van Delden (IP57) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as administrators of the company.

In accordance with section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the offices of McDonald Vague, 2/29 Pitt Street, Auckland CBD on Monday, 8 June 2026, at 2.00pm in the afternoon.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting are required to have registered their debt with the administrators before the meeting.

Business

1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
3. Appointment of a creditors’ committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
