Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp give notice that they were appointed administrators by a secured creditor of the company on 18 May 2026 pursuant to section 239K of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act, a first meeting of creditors of the company will be held by Teams link at 3.30pm on 28 May 2026.

Meeting documents and a video link will be sent to all interested parties.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• whether to replace the administrators.
