Notice is given that Damien Pasfield and Kare Johnstone, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as administrators of the company on 7 April 2026 by directors’ resolution in accordance with section 239I of the Act.

The administrators give notice that a first meeting of the creditors of the company is to be held on Friday, 17 April 2026 at 11.00 am at Buddle Findlay, Level 18, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.

The business to be dealt with at the first meeting of creditors of the company is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a creditors committee and if so to appoint its members; and
2. whether to replace Damien Pasfield and Kare Johnstone as administrators of the company.
