Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Public Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

1. Pursuant to section 239ADW(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 4 March 2026 at 9.01am, David Ian Ruscoe (IP#50) and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys (IP#28) were appointed as joint and several administrators of the Companies by deeds executed by China Construction Bank Corporation, New Zealand Branch pursuant to section 239K of the Act.
2. Pursuant to section 239AO(1)(b) of the Act, notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the companies will be held in person at Grant Thornton NZ Limited, Level 4, 152 Fanshawe Street, Auckland on Friday, 13 March 2026 at 12.00pm.
3. The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
   1. Whether to appoint a creditors committee; and if so, who are to be the committee's members.
   2. Whether to replace the administrators.
