Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and New Zealand Performance Academy Aotearoa Limited have entered into a contract for the establishment of New Zealand Performance Academy Aotearoa as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is New Zealand Performance Academy Aotearoa Limited, and the school will be located at 30 Somme Road, Trentham, Upper Hutt.

The school will be a secondary co-educational school offering year levels 11 through 13.

The school will open in 2026 with years 11 through 13.

Education will be delivered on site.
