Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) and schedule 5, section 1(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and section 7(1) of the WorkSafe New Zealand Act 2013, the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety has appointed:

Murray Jagger, of Whangarei.

as a member and Chair for a term commencing on 28 October 2025 and expiring 27 October 2028.

Additionally, pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 7(1) of the WorkSafe New Zealand Act 2013, the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety has appointed to the WorkSafe New Zealand Board:

Brett O’Riley, of Wellington; and

Christopher Alderson, of Wanaka.

as members for terms commencing on 28 October 2025 and expiring 27 October 2028.
