Pursuant to section 120 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the Minister of Health has reappointed

Brett Besley, as a health practitioner member, and

Ruth Beeston, as a health practitioner member

for terms commencing on 29 September 2025 and ending on 20 June 2028 and

Nicola Swain, as a lay member

for a term commencing on 29 September 2025 and ending on 5 November 2027, and appointed

Marike Rossouw, as a health practitioner member

Grandy Li, as a health practitioner member, and

David Cumin, as a lay member

for three-year terms of office commencing on 29 September 2025, to the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand – Te Kaunihera Pūtaiao Hauora o Aotearoa.
