Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Christchurch in proceeding CIV-2025-409-584 dated 15 December 2025 and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:
