Commerce Commission—Notification of Amendment to Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination 2020 [2019] NZCC 21
Under section 52P of the Commerce Act 1986 (“Act”) the Commerce Commission gives notice that it has amended the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination 2020 [2019] NZCC 21 (“principal determination”) to correct an error in the expression of the CPI formulae in the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path (Unison unforeseeable major capex project) Amendment Determination 2022 [2022] NZCC 2, dated 4 March 2022.
The amendments are set out in the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path (Unison Networks Limited 2022 CPI correction) Amendment Determination 2025.
This amendment determination corrects the error by revoking and replacing the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path (Unison unforeseeable major capex project) Amendment Determination 2022 [2022] NZCC 2.

The amendment determination comes into effect on 11 December 2025.
