I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below or otherwise adjusting the Register.

DAS FUTURE LIMITED (1890171) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

  1. To remove the update of shares dated 29 October 2024.
  2. To amend the particulars of shareholders dated 29 October 2024.

The effect being the total number of shares remain to be 100, and that Dean O’Callaghan holds 1 share, Angela O’Callaghan holds 1 share, and Ado Trustee Limited holds 98 shares.

EXQUISITE CONCRETE LIMITED (8463821) – to remove a particulars of shareholding dated 7 October 2024. The effect being Nicholas Turner remains the sole shareholder.

The effect being the total number of shares as of 11 December 2023 is 2,950,000, and that these shares are jointly held by Emma Mary Jackson and Jeffrey John McCall.
