Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2022
Persuant to section 10(2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Customs Technical Specialist, Revenue and Assurance of the New Zealand Customs Service gives the following Notice.
This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2022.
This Notice comes into effect on 1 January 2022.
The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical key codes represented by Tariff items and codes 3002.13.00 10J, 3002.14.00 10C and 3002.15.00 10H and substituting the statistical key codes specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
The Tariff is hereby amended by correcting the descriptions represented by Tariff items and statistical key codes: 3827.62.00 00A as specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
The Tariff is hereby amended by inserting and substituting statistical key units represented by Tariff items and statistical key codes: 2404.91.00 00H, 2404.92.00 00B, 2404.99.00 00D, 5703.21.00 00K, 5703.29.09 10L, 5703.29.09 20H, 5703.29.09 30E, 5703.31.00 00C, 5703.39.09 10D, 5703.39.09 20A, 5802.10.00 10G, 5802.10.00 20D, 6116.10.05 10K, 6116.10.05 12F, 6116.10.05 20G, 6116.10.05 22C, 6116.10.05 30D, 6116.10.05 32L, 6116.10.05 40A, 6116.10.05 42H, 6210.20.05 10L, 8428.70.00 00F, 9403.99.00 10A, 9403.99.00 20J, 9403.99.00 30F, 9403.99.00 40C, 9403.99.00 50L, 9405.21.10 10A and 9405.29.10 10H as specified in the Third Schedule to this Notice.
