Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 23 December 2020, Greg Sherriff, CPA and Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed receiver of the above-mentioned entity pursuant to the Term Loan, read in conjunction with the ADLS Memorandum of General Terms and Conditions, dated 9 December 2016 and the Memorandum of Mortgage (All Obligations) registered on 9 December 2016, over all VEY GROUP LIMITED’s present and after-acquired property. The appointer is Aokuatere Land Holdings Limited.
