Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation dated 12 June 2013, pursuant to section 10 of the Reserves Act 1977, Barbara McKerrow, Chief Executive Officer, Wellington City Council, has authorised the exchange of the scenic reserve land described in the First Schedule for the fee simple land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule shall be held as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
