This document notifies you that:

1. On 6 October 2020, an application for putting HEATING & GAS CENTRE (2002) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2020-419-255. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 16 November 2020 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than five working days before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Maureen Eris Anderson, Colin Parry Jones and Valerie Joy Jones (as trustees of the RIMU & STIRLING NO 2 TRUST), whose address for service is at the offices of Braun Bond & Lomas, Level 1, 127 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
