Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Neale Jackson and Natalie Gytha Burrett, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, hereby give notice that on 14 December 2020 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers by Bank of New Zealand of the property of Glencoe Land (Joint Venture) Limited under Mortgage Number 7997103.1 being the land described in Records of Title 757968 and OT14B/912 (both Otago Land Registry).

Short Description of Property Charged Under the Mortgage: Land described in Records of Title 757968 and OT14B/912 (both Otago Land Registry):

Person Appointing the Receivers and Managers: Bank of New Zealand.

Description of the Instrument Under Which Appointment was Made: Mortgage Number 7997103.1.
