Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 7 December 2020, Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed joint and several receivers of income under the powers contained in the Memorandum of Mortgage (Instrument Number: 10910163.3) in respect of the property of James Dickson Lunday and Garry Anthony Moore (as trustees of the Lunday Family Trust) at Unit 1R, 16 Vinegar Lane, Grey Lynn, Auckland. The property in receivership is the rental income from the property.
