Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that as from 4 December 2020, we, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers in relation to the above-named entities.
