Notice is hereby given that on 24 September 2020, Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of STANLEY GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation and in receivership) (“Grantor”), under the powers contained in the following equal ranking securities:
