Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 10 January 2019 at 1.06pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property of FINEST FOOD PRODUCTS LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained within the general security agreement dated 6 May 2013.
