Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

LLOYD’S REGISTER DRILLING INTEGRITY SERVICES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (“company”) hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

Any activities previously carried out by the company will be carried out by LLOYD’S REGISTER INTERNATIONAL.
