Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Deborah Nesti of Nesti Chartered Accountants Limited was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by the High Court of New Zealand at 11.12am on 16 November 2017.

The liquidator does hereby fix 9 December 2017 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are approved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
