Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that at 9.17am on 18 November 2017, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gregory John Sherriff, CPA of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of JRB & SONS ELECTRICAL LIMITED.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 18 December 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
