Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by the shareholders on 7 September 2017 at 9.00am and 9.02am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 6 October 2017 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the companies can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
