Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 15 May 2017 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders of the company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Richard Anthony Johnston be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 2 June 2017 as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
