This document notifies you that:
1. On 2 December 2013, an application for putting KARAKA FISHERIES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2013-425-338. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on 5 February 2014 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
