FENCE & PERGOLA LIMITED (582614) - incorrect date of ceasing to act as director notified for J. L. Hodge -
6 September 2013.
HAMMONDS TRUSTEES LIMITED (in receivership) (1011627) - property subject to receivership should have been described as "all present and after-acquired property held by Gregory Ivan Banicevich and Hammonds Trustees Limited as trustees of the Marise Banicevich Family Trust pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 31st day of October 2007" - (9 September 2013) application by receivers.
