Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 March 2013 at 11.00am, it was resolved by the shareholders of the company that Aryanne Trankels, chartered accountant of KDB Business Advisory Limited, Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company with immediate effect.
