This document notifies you that:
1. On 29 June 2012, an application for putting VERISURE INVESTIGATIONS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2012-404-660. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 20 July 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the substituted plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The substituted plaintiff is Winifred Norien Hoadley, whose address for service is at the offices of Brookfields, Lawyers, 11th Floor, 19 Victoria Street West, Auckland. The substituted plaintiff’s solicitor is D. J. Neutze, whose address is as noted above.
