This document notifies you that:
1. On 1 May 2012, an application for putting OVERVIEW TRUSTEE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is
CIV-2012-419-545. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 23 July 2012 at 11.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Auckland Council, whose address for service is care of Heaney & Co, Level 17, ANZ Tower, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Helen Maria Rice, whose address for service is as noted above.
