This document notifies you that:
1. On 10 February 2012, an application for putting LEAK SCAN LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the
High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is
CIV-2012-404-633. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 23 March 2012 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is ROK Build Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Matt Taylor, Barrister, Chancery Chambers, Level 5, 2-8 Chancery Street, Auckland 1010. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Angela Parlane, of Parlane Law, whose address is as noted above.
