Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named companies commenced on 31 August 2012 at 10.00am, when the shareholders passed a resolution to appoint Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Certificates of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, have been completed by the directors.
The undersigned do hereby fix 21 September 2012 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
