Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 21 August 2012 at 10.30am, it was resolved by the creditors of the company at a creditor meeting held, pursuant to section 239ADF of the Companies Act 1993, that CDS GROUP LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.
The appointment of liquidators is in accordance with section 239 ABU of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 21 September 2012 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
