This document notifies you that:
1. On 10 December 2010, an application for putting MAXWOOD HOMES HAWKES BAY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier.
Its reference number is CIV-2010-441-812. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier
on Thursday 17 February 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
