Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GATEWAY TAXIS PICTON LIMITED by the High Court at Blenheim, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 9 February 2011 at 10.07am.
We fix 4 March 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
