Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), Glen Allan Stapley and Ian Robert Jefferis were appointed liquidators of MANU FUND LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on Monday 2 May 2011 at 3.00pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidators intend to dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Should any creditor object to the dispensing of the creditors’ meeting, they are required to notify the liquidators within
10 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidators fix 2 June 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
