This document notifies you that:
1. On 2 June 2010, an application for putting PRIME SIGHT MEDIA LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on 19 July 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
