Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
Kevin John Gilligan, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 1 December 2010 at 7.10am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 5 January 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
