Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 12 November 2010 at 5.00pm, by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, NETCONCEPTS LIMITED was placed into liquidation
and Andrew John McKay and Aaron Douglas Walsh, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
We, Andrew John McKay and Aaron Douglas Walsh, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix 31 December 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
