Notice is hereby given that following the filing of a resolution as to solvency, IDRAULICA LIMITED on
29 October 2010 at 10.30am, by entry in its minute
book, signed in accordance with section 106(1)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, passed a special resolution for
the winding up and liquidation of the company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and for the appointment of Colin M. Ross, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 29 October 2010 at 10.30am.

Notice is hereby given that, as provided in section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, no meeting of creditors will be held, having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company.
