Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Steven Khov and Damien Grant, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HELLO LIMITED on 9 August 2010 at 3.10pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 10 September 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
