Notice of Resignation of Liquidator and
Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Clive Ashley Johnson, insolvency practitioner, who was appointed as liquidator of BOX CONTRACTING LIMITED ("the company") on 28 June 2010, has now resigned as liquidator of the company.
Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed as replacement liquidators of the company on 3 August 2010 at 3.30pm.

the appointment of Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence as joint and several liquidators of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 17 September 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
