Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 5 May 2010 it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ABERYSTWYTH FARM LIMITED be liquidated and that Aaron Allred, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 5 May 2010 at 10.30am.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
